The II Iberian Congress on Epidemiology (4-5th February) and XII UAB Swine Conference (10-12th February) will be held at the Veterinary School of the UAB.

II Iberian Congress on Epidemiology (4-5th February)

The aim of this event is to meet professionals interested in veterinary epidemiology and preventive medicine and become a forum of discussion in the Iberian Peninsula. The congress will consist of a conference on international control of diseases, a monographic on Global Health (one world, one health), short communications and posters presentations about different issues on animal epidemiology.

The congress is organized by Asociación de Epidemiología y Medicina Preventiva Veterinaria, Sociedade Portuguesa de Epidemiologia e Medicina Veterinária Preventiva, Centre de Recerca en Sanitat Animal (CReSA) and Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.

XII UAB Swine Conference (10-12th February)

The conference is organized by the CReSA and UAB and will consist of different sessions: workshops, vaccination against circovirus, clinical cases, dissemination of UAB/CReSA studies with practical application and new alternative management systems.
