CReSA is granted by the FECYT for carrying out activities of divulgation

The CReSA has been granted by the Spanish Foundation for the Science and Technology (FECYT) to carry out activities of divulgation for general public within the Program of scientific culture and of the innovation 2010.

The objective of the project “Activities to commemorate 10th anniversary of the CReSA” is to show the society the advances and achievements in animal health research of the CReSA researchers during the last 10 years; and also repercussion of these studies on public health and food safety.

CReSA is now designing the agenda of scientific divulgation activities that will be executed during the second semester 2010 and first semester 2011. The agenda will include a cycle of guided visits for students, an itinerant scientific exposition and a journal of scientific divulgation.

The FECYT had funded two projects of the CReSA in previous editions: Approach to the veterinary science at the CReSA (AC/2007/111, 2007) and Travel from the lab to the farm (FCT/08/391, 2008).
