CReSA renews its accreditation as a member of the UCC+i Network

CReSA has received the renewal as accredited member of the Network of Units for Scientific Culture and Innovation (UCC+i Network) from the Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology (FECYT).

The Communication Unit of CReSA passed an accreditation process in which has demonstrated the activities carried out in 2013 in two modalities:

  • communication of results of R&D+i: a minimal of news or press releases about research or technological developments carried out by the entity.

  • general dissemination of scientific and technological knowledge: a minimum of activities such as exhibitions, conferences, workshops, educational materials, open doors, magazines, etc.

Membership of the UCC+i Network will be valid until December 31, 2015.

Nowadays, the Units for Scientific Culture and Innovation (UCC+i) are one of the main actors involved in the dissemination and popularization of science and innovation in Spain, and is a key service to improve training, culture and scientific knowledge of citizens. The UCC+i Network aims to promote shared experiences and synergies between entities to improve the quality of the products and services of the UCC+i. It also promotes the optimization of resources.
